2. User Accounts & Registration

2.2 Registration Requirements

4. Store Owner Responsibilities

4.1 Product Listings

• Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing

• Maintain current inventory levels

• Upload genuine product images

• Specify delivery areas and minimum order amounts

4.2 Order Fulfillment

• Process orders within specified timeframes

• Maintain product quality standards

• Provide accurate delivery estimates

• Handle customer inquiries professionally

4.3 Compliance

• Comply with local business regulations

• Maintain required licenses and permits

• Follow safety and quality standards

• Pay applicable taxes and fees

5. Orders & Payments

5.1 Order Process

• Orders are placed directly with store owners

• Pricing and availability are determined by stores

• Payment methods are processed securely

• Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS

5.2 Delivery & Fulfillment

• Delivery terms are set by individual stores

• Buildifyo is not responsible for delivery delays

• Customers must inspect materials upon delivery

• Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery

5.3 Cancellations & Returns

• Cancellation policies vary by store

• Returns are subject to store policies

• Defective products may be eligible for replacement

• Refunds are processed according to store terms

6. Fees & Commissions
